Born in London, England on July 24, 1972 to Greek-Cypriot parents, Pana is second of three sisters. She attended British schools in London and subsequently moved with her family to Athens, Greece in 1986 where she graduated from St. Lawrence College (a private British school) in 1988. Pana was immediately invited to work for IKEA Franchise and Project Marketing, Ltd. (a branch of the Swedish furniture company) in Maroussi, Athens and enrolled at Deree College, The American University of Greece in 1990 where she commenced her studies in General Business and Accounting and Finance, combining full-time employment with her studies. In addition, Pana taught English to Greek Students and assisted Greek Journalist, Alkinoos Bounias, with his foreign interviews for radio, television and print.
In 1993 Pana moved to Limassol, Cyprus and worked with Hanseatic Shipping Company, Ltd in Quality Management Services. She resumed her studies at Intercollege Cyprus and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. In 2003 Pana came to the USA to work as the Regulatory Compliance and Special Projects Manager with one of the country's largest Marine Crisis Managers. In November 2005 Pana moved to Toledo, Ohio to marry Petty Officer Jeff Gregg, a Marine Science Technician with the United States Coast Guard. Pana and Jeff were transferred to Cincinnati in June of 2007 and sought out a Greek Orthodox community where they could grow as a couple and as a family. Shortly thereafter, in August, Pana accepted the position of Administrative Assistant with our Church.
